International students are an important (and numerous) part of the McCormick Community. McCormick's international students come from many countries, including South Korea, Mexico, Armenia, and India among others. This page is meant as a starting page for connecting with McCormick's resources and information for international students.
Financial Aid Information
McCormick's Office of Student Financial Planning offers support and assistance for those seeking to manage the financial aspects of their seminary education. LRWC Home Page
The LRWC provides a full range of supports to enhance the skills of all students through sequences of writing and listening/speaking courses, including the Summer Language Institute, a study methods course for theological education, one-on-one tutoring, computer training, and Korean and Spanish language instruction.
The McCormick Student Council
The Council can hear all of your concerns about life at McCormick and exists to address those concerns working with other students and administration. The Session is also home to multiple student groups, including Global Community, Asociacion de Estudiantes Latino/as de McCormick (AELM), and the Korean American Students Association (KASA). The Student Board of Deacons
The Deacons’ scope of concerns includes the emotional and spiritual well-being of students and their families. They seek to foster fellowship, provide opportunities for community building, and offer recognition, prayer support, and comfort regarding joys and concerns of members of the community. The Deacons are available for prayer (joys and concerns) and assistance with other types of support at McCormick, including fellowship, financial support in crisis or emergency, and celebration and support with new babies.
