The Bible & Economic Justice

 This course will explicate biblical perspectives on the issues of wealth, poverty and economic justice by analyzing relevant texts in light of their historical and socio-economic contexts. We will examine the ethical implications of those perspectives and explore ways for employing scriptures to address current economic structures. The course will focus primarily on issues pertaining to education, healthcare and immigration.
