Leading Change

The pace of change in our world, including the contexts in which we carry out ministry, is rapid, is unceasing in its movement, and literally presents itself in new and challenging ways with every new day. Capable no longer, if we ever were, to have the answers to every new problem, we must instead become adaptive leaders, able to use personal and process skills to create organizations and ministries that are always growing, learning, and creating, and doing so “at the speed of change.” The course will focus on these general areas: exploring the landscape of change; forming the personality of change leaders; and utilizing resources for change.
