Where Three or More are Gathered: Leadership and Groups

Explores the relationship of group dynamics and leadership. This is the first course in the Doctor of Ministry sequence. It has two primary foci: first, to involve students in building a learning community of shared values and purpose; and second, to focus on learning and reflection about group process and leadership. The course provides students with an introduction to the program and equips them to (1) differentiate and explain group dynamics and processes learned in the course, and (2) demonstrate understanding of leadership in groups with which they minister.
