God Can Ministries is a family first church whose mission is to bring about healing, hope, and wholeness in the church, community and society with the love of God and Jesus Christ as the solid foundation.
The purpose of the church is to worship God, evangelize to others, and empower the church and community through ministries of education.
We value love of God, love of neighbor, and strength of family.
Membership – 110
Average Attendance – 60-70 including children
Primarily African American Church – small numbers of bi-racial and Hispanic – but are not among the active membership
We are an urban church in a suburban community – the community is depressed with an average income of $21,000. Many are unemployed or underemployed. There is drug and gang issues and other concerns connected to most “at’risk” and underserved communities.

Worship Leading – Preaching – Bible Study and Youth
Will provide opportunities to address your growing edges, strengths, as well as needs of the church/community.

We are located north of Lincoln Highway – 1100 Greenwood – Ford Heights, IL
Bishop Ford – South past 159th street – stay in middle lane and follow – 394 Danville
Exit 394 Danville at Lincoln Highway West – 1/2/ hour drive from south side of Chicago.
The first light is Woodlawn –Turn North (right) on Woodlawn and go to the 3rd stop sign.
Make a left turn (west) at the 3rd stop sign (no street sign) and go to the first stop sign which will be Lexington. Keep straight across Lexington and turn left (South) at the next intersection (sign will read Rev. James Radden Way). The Church name is in Purple and Gold on the brick of the building. Park on street or in gravel lot.
