Director of Christian Education - Children & Youth

Port Orange Presbyterian Church is currently seeking applications for the position of "Director of Christian Education - Children & Youth."  This is a full time position that includes design and implementation of year-round programs for preschool through high school ages, providing opportunities for worship, ministry, discipleship, evangelism and fellowship, in keeping with the mission statement of Port Orange Presbyterian Church, designed to lead the children and youth of our community to a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:  Dedicated Christian, passionate about his/her faith; B.A. in Christian Education preferred; 3-5 years experience preferred in youth and children's ministry; self-starter; strong leadership development skills; ability to promote children and youth programs; team player; has a Presbyterian/Reformed understanding of faith. Not a first call position.
