Thriving, downtown, 1400-member church in a vibrant West Michigan community seeks collaborative, communicative, energetic full-time pastoral staff member responsible for Christian Education to serve approximately 100 children, ages infant through fifth grade, and their families, in a range of programs including worship hour, education hour, and regular workshops. Background in Christian Education preferred; ordination not required.

The Minister to Children and Their Families (MCF) will envision, plan, and administer Westminster’s ministry for children, infant through 5th grade, and their families through teaching, mentoring, organizing, and directing the following aspects of Westminster’s ministry. The MCF, while responsible for the faith formation and education of children, works collaboratively with the Adult Ministries and the Minister to Youth and Their Families to create a lifelong, coordinated approach to formation and education for all persons.
