Youth Intern

First Presbyterian Church of Deerfield is in search of a Youth Intern to provide support for Junior and Senior High Youth Ministries

Duties: The Youth Intern will work with the Director of Christian Education and Parent Councils to help coordinate and implement a variety of programs including Bible studies, fellowship events, and service projects.

Qualifications: Education: Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in theology, religion, psychology, sociology or related field required. 

Experience: Work in a church or youth ministry setting preferred.

Specific Skills: Social Media, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel knowledge helpful.

Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of the Reformed tradition, particularly of the Presbyterian Church (USA).  

Working Conditions: Church office environment. Some nights and weekends required.
