This revealing film watches as they recover, resume their way of living and eventually reclaim their lives in the aftermath. The major theme of long term disaster recovery is explored as each individual participates in the filming process by sharing their perspective of film footage from each previous year and examining the progress they have film since Barnhart’s visit each year before.
