Many congratulations to the Rev. Dr. Georgia Hill on her induction to the Roeper School's Athletic Hall of Fame. An article in the Birmingham Patch shares, "While at Roeper, Hill was named Athlete of the Year, captain of the school’s first girl’s varsity soccer team and leading scorer each year she played. A graduate of Harvard College, Howard University School of Law and McCormick Theological Seminary, Hill is currently a full-time minister in Detroit [at Pilgrim UCC]. She also serves as the chair of the Detroit Literacy Council, is co-chair of Reading Works Alliance and a member of the Ethics Committee of Harper Hutzel Karmanos hospitals. Hill is also an adjunct instructor at Wayne State University in the Africana Studies Department."

Congratulations to Georgia and many blessings on her vital ministry in Detroit!
