In Memoriam: Thomas T. Chapin

Thomas T. Chapin, class of 1956, was born on August 1, 1931 in Mason City, Illinois. He passed away on April 9, 2013 at Delnor Hospital, Geneva, Illinois. Tom graduated from the University of Illinois. He received his Masters Degree from McCormick Seminary. Tom served as a Presbyterian Minister. He was a high-level executive for multiple corporations and was an appointee to the first Illinois Pardon and Parole Board. Tom is the beloved husband of Carole nee Hawley. Tom was a loving father of Thomas Chapin, Susan Kinsman, Sarah (Ron) Senechalle, Rachel (Vittorio) Paolone, Kathryn Zang, Julie (Ruben) Pineda, Nancy (Greg) Feely, Charlie (Jodie) and David (Ann) Harris. He was the proud grandfather of Hagen and Charlotte Zang, Emma and Katie Harris, Jana, Samantha and John Kinsman, Benjamin Chapin, Ryan and Connor Feely, Massimo and Elias Paolone, Luke, Paul, Clayton and Anne Senechalle. In lieu of flowers donations to Fox Valley Presbyterian Church for missions would be appreciated. Family and friends will gather Saturday, April 20, 2013 for 11:00 a.m. memorial service at Fox Valley Presbyterian Church, 227 East Side Dr., Geneva, Illinois 60134.
