Position reports to Finance and Administration to Monica Williams.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Change linens and make beds immediately after departure of guest. For guests staying for a week or longer change linens once per week or as needed.
In bathrooms, remove used towels and replace with clean towels at least three times per week (for guests staying a week or longer) or immediately after departure of guest.
Clean bathrooms thoroughly once per week. Keep bathroom supplies available.
Maintain supply of coffee, tea, sugar, cream, etc. in kitchens of each guest apartment.
Work cooperatively with Guest Housing Coordinator about supply needs for guestrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
When guests are present in 1400 building, check and remove trash in bathrooms and kitchens daily.
Vacuum and dust rooms once each week or as needed
Other responsibilities or projects as assigned
Must be a Masters level student in good standing.

Perform responsibilities of this position and provide services to guests in a manner consistent with the seminary’s policy on hospitality.
Ability to respond effectively and appropriately to crisis situations
This position requires flexibility, respect of confidential information, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to work at varying hours of the day and night.
Position requires year 'round availability. Number of hours per week: approximately 15.
