Specific congregation/agency information: Agape House is a community of students, staff and faculty from UIC that gather together to learn, share and grow in our faith journey. Rooted in the Protestant Christian tradition, we share our lives and faith together through worship, fellowship, study, and service.
We seek to welcome people who come from a particular faith background or none at all to join us as we engage in questions about life and explore God's call for each one of us. We are also open and affirming of the LGBTQQIA community and their full participation. It doesn't matter what you look like, who you love, or where you come from, we hope to join with a variety of peoples on their faith journey.
This year we are averaging about 5 students at yoga, and worship, and about 7 students at each sexuality discussion. Our staff consists of two co-pastors and one office manager.
