Kenji Kuramitsu
I am a graduate of the University of Chicago’s School of Social Service Administration (AM) and McCormick Theological Seminary (M.Div), where I currently serve as an Interdisciplinary Adjunct Professor. My Bachelor studies were in Social Work and Spanish at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
I currently work as a Chaplain Resident at Northwestern Memorial Hospital primarily in psychiatric and oncology contexts, serve as an Interdisciplinary Adjunct Professor at McCormick Seminary, and am a Community Care Chaplain for the Obama Foundation Fellowship program. I have experience in nonprofit board service with organizations working in faith-based, LGBTQ, and Asian American civil rights spheres.
