Easter Glory

Jesus replied, “The hour has come for the
Son of Man to be glorified.
Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to
the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed.
But if it dies, it produces many seeds.[1]
Spring arrives.
The circle of life reboots.
Fauna awaken
from their winter rest, or
reverse their migratory ways.
Flora sprout, & bud, & creep, & . . .
flower. They prove God’s love for creation
abounds. Nature pushes forth
to glorify the Creator.
The tomb is void.
And in the emptiness,
there is vastness.
Space enough to fit the sins of all,
and for all yet to come.
An impossible gift to deserve.
What kind of love is this?
Glory, glory, glory.
Redeemed! Our souls!
We are the seeds of this love.
Glory, glory, glory.
Redeemed, our souls have a home!
He has risen, to show us the way.
Glory, glory, glory!
His death planted the seeds
of our salvation.
We bloom to glorify God.
We are the seeds of Jesus’ love.
