Farewell to a Precious Person

Recently, the students received the news of the leaving of Thehil Singh from McCormick with mixed feelings. While we are sad that Thehil is leaving us, we are also happy for her new appointment at Garrett. Thehil has devotedly worked in the Office of Student Services and every McCormick’s student must have passed through the able hands of Thehil. In the words of Caleb Leman, our Student Council Co-Moderator, “Thehil has been instrumental for so many of us in the often daunting task of navigating grad school.”

The students are grateful for Thehil’s smile, warm personality, generous spirit, willingness to help, wealth of knowledge and timely responses. Thehil was also part and parcel of the LRWC and on October 7, 2022, accompanied by Dean David Watkins III, we had an opportunity to bid her bye. We wish Thehil God’s blessings as she moves to the next chapter of her life and we believe that as she impacted on our learning community, she will likewise impact on her new learning community.
