Brief Church Mission Statement:

We seek a pastor who:

  • has an intellectual curiosity and will help our congregation grow spiritually

  • is skilled in meeting the needs of a spiritually diverse congregation

  • is willing to learn from and with us, as we learn from and with them with God’s help

What specific tasks, assignments, and program areas will this person have responsibility?

We recognize this is a 2-year part-time term, and we need a little bit of everything:

  • Prepare weekly worship

  • Administer the sacraments

  • Moderate Session

  • Actively engage with various committees

  • Support Mission programs

  • Perform weddings, baptisms, and funeral services within our church family

  • Provide pastoral care along with the deacons

  • Maintain regular office hours

  • Serve as Chief of Staff, directing the day-to-day work of any part-time staff

  • Pray for and with us

Our community is growing and we want to grow with it. We want our pastor to help us shape that growth and with God’s help, guide us along this path.
