Course description: Min 404/405, the two-course sequence taken in conjunction with field placement will provide opportunity for critical reflection of the role of the Church in the world (macro view) and your field site experience within a particular church/agency/organization as it responds to and engages the world (micro view) and as you explore, strengthen and claim your pastoral identity. Rather than ignore the current reality of a Global Pandemic and Uprising for Black Lives and their impact on our communities we will dig into the adaptive leadership skills and theological engagement these realities require of us as Public Theologians and Pastoral Care leaders.
