Commitment to being present and involved in the group is crucial; late arrivals or early departures can disrupt focus and negatively impact the cohort experience. Out of respect for one another and our shared goals, we ask that all members commit to full participation in every session. We will strive to create an enriching and engaging experience for all participants. However, if conflicts, family obligations, or unforeseen circumstances prevent your full participation, you may need to withdraw from the cohort. By agreeing to participate in the MCHP, you are expected to adhere to these guidelines.
