U.S. Agrees to Rescind Policy!

Dear Friends,

We are happy to share with you news forwarded to our community earlier this afternoon. It is good news!

As some of you may have heard, U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs announced that the United States government reached an agreement with Harvard and MIT to RESCIND the policy that would have required most international students to take at least one in person course. Prayers and calls for action have been heard!!

We give thanks to God for this very good news. While we celebrate and give thanks for this moment, we must continue to stand up and speak out again and again with and for everyone seeking a better and more just world.

Como algunos de ustedes habrán escuchado, la jueza de distrito de EE. UU. Allison Burroughs anunció que el gobierno de los Estados Unidos llegó a un acuerdo con Harvard y el MIT para RESCINDIR la política que habría requerido que la mayoría de los estudiantes internacionales tomaran al menos un curso en persona. ¡Se han escuchado oraciones y llamados a la acción!

Damos gracias a Dios por esta muy buena noticia. Mientras celebramos y damos gracias por este momento, debemos continuar poniéndonos de pie y hablar una y otra vez con y para todos los que buscan un mundo mejor y más justo.
