We are pursuing gifted interns committed to preparing the mestizo church to address the complex cultural problems present in this increasingly diverse and urban world. To meet that need, we are seeking bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) interns who are interested in providing the church with new ministry models that include quality content and training resources. We are currently looking to fill internship roles in the areas of social media management and podcast engineering/audio editing.
This internship program runs for one academic semester (16 weeks), starting in January 2022. Interns will work an average of 10 hours a week, meeting weekly with a supervisor dedicated to their mentorship. Our interns get real-world experience with the WOS consulting team, working directly with churches and non-profit organizations. This internship experience includes attending an educational event and connecting with experts in the space. While the internship is considered unpaid, interns will receive a small stipend and Intercultural Development Training offered by our qualified expert. Benefits include:
