Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s and Seminary Degree with focus on Christian Education.  Experience managing church based programs or activities. Must demonstrate excellence in studying and communicating Biblical truths to promote life change. Ability to lead, inspire, train and work productively with volunteers.

Responsibilities:

· To create, maintain and develop quality creative ministries that promote Bible study, spiritual growth and the use of spiritual gifts with in-reach and out-reach programs.

· Identify and develop leaders for Christian Education ministries. 

· Provide administrative oversight to planning, implementation and evaluation of all Christian Education ministries and related curriculum.  This includes in-person and online Bible study, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, New Member Classes and Teacher Training.

· Assist new members in becoming an active part of the congregation by discovering their spiritual gifts and participating in ministry. 

· Create in person and virtual educational programs that encourage spiritual growth for all ages.

· Utilize various social media platforms and online teaching methods.

· Oversee, evaluate and support teachers of Christian Education Ministries.

· Oversee chairs and co-chairs of the new member programs which includes New Member Orientation, Baptism, Right Hand of Fellowship and Office Support.

· Offer classes and workshops that help people relate the Bible to their everyday life.

· Partner with and support the Youth and Children’s programs and activities.

· Love for God’s Word with the ability to exegete it.

· Strong administrative skills, creativity and leadership abilities

· Capacity to teach and nurture volunteers
