Alumna Annika Lister Stroop (M.Div., 2001) Begins at Federated Church

Alumna Annika Lister Stroope (M.Div., 2001) has begun a new call as pastor of Federated Church in Columbus, Nebraska.

Currently a student in McCormick's Doctor of Ministry program, Annika was attracted to Federated Church because of its mixture of denominations within the congregation. She was also attracted because she saw it as a healthy church with members really involved in their community. “It has active people who really care about the church,” she said. “There’s not an ‘us’ and ‘them’ about Federated people.
